Trust first.
Do you need my bank login?
No. The initial pilot works from settlement and bank exports you provide.
Can NetSettled move money?
No. The pilot is read-only. NetSettled cannot transfer funds, issue refunds or change payouts.
Can I redact my bank statement?
Yes. We do not need customer names, addresses, full account numbers or unrelated personal transactions to test settlement matching.
Which providers can I use?
The pilot is file-first. We can assess exports from common payment providers and bank statements. If you do not see yours listed, send us a sample export after we contact you.
Is Stripe natively connected yet?
Not on this validation landing. Native read-only Stripe access is planned for V1. The pilot begins with exports so we can validate demand before overbuilding integrations.
Do you replace my accountant?
No. NetSettled is designed to verify settlement evidence and surface exceptions, not replace bookkeeping, accounting, tax or audit services.
What if everything matches?
That's a valid result. Proving that the cash arrived correctly is part of the value.
What happens to uploaded files?
No file upload happens on this page. Before we accept pilot files, the secure upload flow and exact short-retention/deletion policy will be published and tested.
Is NetSettled accounting software?
No. The initial product is settlement assurance: compare settlement evidence with bank evidence and surface what needs attention.
Is my data used to train AI models?
The V1 architecture is designed to minimize what AI sees and use evidence-grounded explanations only. Provider/training controls will be documented before live financial data enters the product.
